presumption is that you did the burglary to get that that evidence and then that's weird but if that's the presumption I was really worried about getting in all these pieces of evidence in the meantime of witness was talking and my boss I was just saying I want to say this I want to do that she just looked at me and she said listen the best advice I ever got okay now at the very beginning you might have heard me say to the jury it is the prosecution's burden of proof so they're going to go first fortunately the last class that was the prosecution so I looked you all and you stood up nobody said women wear the prosecution we get to go first so you have to always listen and remember that okay okay things that you wouldn't have known stories you talk about work excellent excellent technically speaking that's really what you doing closing argument and openings you don't really get to read stories necessarily get the paint a picture a little bit but but again talk about that only in the openings and closings that I did but you didn't know that and then so we let it stand and did a nice job all of you with the stories that you were talking about we talked about planning an Ascend I mean if I had sat down with you guys before I head I would have said don't ever say that they never have to prove innocence and all it's not what they have to do so I cleared that up at the jury so they understand that and then you guys didn't and I guess just take responsibility for that we didn't have a second time to me but you're not trying to prove murder and manslaughter you're trying to prove one you know trying to prove murder is what you're really trying to do right and you may or may not say to the jury if you know if you have to compromise clearly committed a manslaughter try and you guys are saying hey didn't do anything or you're saying maybe you want an answer cuz man sought is a lot different than that then a murderer and it in and so but you did a good job you know Roblox was great prosecutor had no notes during that question that was very good how many people there are interested in maybe being or something got to think about it took just saying alright you guys are great all of you were and then I saw that they had a question without notes was very good let's see curly swimming a certain fact wasn't evidence about encouraging violence remember what I meant by that so I'll just skip it for now call some great witness but you can't it about the gun the when you across examine you know you kind of gave up I think one of your facts you into a witness and that's good too so but I guess the issue there is not you not having testified Chautauqua weather whether a Judge review allow you to get into you know how can you believe because introduce yourself to the jury to at the beginning not the end it was good that you would introduce yourself and then at the beginning do it at the beginning this is my this is my friend or this is my
