I can construct and revise an explanation for the classification of things as living or nonliving.

I can plan and conduct an investigation to determine the response of an organism to various environmental conditions.

Student Assignments:  Start Ch. 2 (Powerpoint with guided reading and a drawing including the following: biosphere, communities, ecosystem, population, organism, commensalism, mutualism and parasitism

Student Assignments:  Wed. Ch. 1 Quiz   After the quiz go over conversions, ethical issues, how to write a hypothesis, statement, independent and dependent variables
