Madame Stowell

Bonjour!  Bienvenue à la classe de français!
I'm Ms. Stowell and this year is my 19th year at Windham High School!  I will also teach a group of 8th graders at Windham Middle School.  I look forward to sharing the language and culture of France and the French-speaking world with my students.

I am a lifelong Mainer and grew up in Yarmouth. I now live in Windham with my 12 year old son and two dogs. People are often surprised that I'm not even one bit French!  I began learning French in middle school and never looked back.  As a student at Wheaton College, I studied abroad in Paris and now I love to travel with my students.  Our next trip to France (crossing fingers!) will be in April 2021!  Email me if you would like more information!
