Bienvenidos a mi página de web. You've come to the right place to access information about the curriculum we will be covering this year, our class schedule, events, snapshots, music videos, and contact info. This is a tool to bring together our school community, our Spanish class, and your home supports. In this way, I hope that we can all work together to ensure success for all.
I am a Spanish teacher here at WHS. I'm not originally from Maine but grew up in Aroostook County. I earned my bachelor's degree in political science from Boston College and my master's degree in Education from the University of Southern Maine. I was a Peace Corps Volunteer in South America which led me to become a Spanish teacher. I did my student teaching at WHS in 2008 and it was such a good experience that I just haven't left! Several years ago I moved to Windham where I now live with my husband and two young children. That is a little of my background and I look forward to getting to know more about you in class this year!
