Director of Community Connections
Originally from Northeast, Kansas, I moved to Maine in 1999 to have "just a short adventure". I fell in love with the state (and eventually a great friend who became my husband) and ended up making Maine my permanent home. I have embarked on many adventures and followed a passion or two.
I graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies and I enjoy supporting individuals, local businesses, and non-profit organizations in their efforts to succeed and meet their missions - including all students, staff, administration and the community in general. I am all about 'connections".
I am also a published writer, and my personal goal is to write the next "Great American Novel". If that doesn’t happen, I will continue to write anyway. I currently lives with my husband, Frank and our Beagle-Lab mix named Zarah near the shores of Highland Lake in Windham.
